Associate Professor Dr. Mesut ATASEVER was born in 1969 and conducts his academic work in the field of business administration. Focusing on the human, cultural, and strategic dimensions of management science since his postgraduate studies, Atasever has particularly concentrated on organizational culture, cross-cultural management, strategic management, leadership, remote work, and digital management models. In his academic approach, he considers management not only as a technical process but also as a social and cultural phenomenon.

Associate Professor Dr. Atasever's work focuses on examining changing management paradigms in the context of globalization and digitalization, the effects of cultural differences on organizational behavior and performance, and contemporary leadership approaches. Her analyses, particularly those developed in the context of remote management, virtual teams, and digital culture, offer theoretical and practical perspectives on new management challenges encountered in today's business world. Cultural sensitivity, ethics, sustainability, and strategic alignment concepts hold a significant place in her academic publications.

Throughout his academic career, Atasever has taught various courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, adopting an approach that combines business practices with academic knowledge. In this book, he aims to present his years of academic experience and research to the reader by integrating them with theoretical frameworks, current examples, and case analyses. The work serves as a comprehensive reference source for academics, students, and managers, addressing the culture-management-performance relationship in a multi-dimensional way.
